Confirm order steps:

HK Design Pro design steps: 

  • 1. Submit design information:
    Text, pictures, company information, references, etc.
  • 2. HKDP designer submits the first draft (usually 3 days)
    Clients can check the design style, layout, use of pictures and other important design directions of the first draft
    (If you need to modify the text, spacing, or other details, please rest assured that we will process all pages together after completing the design of each page)
  • 3. After receiving feedback from customers, HKDP designers revise the first draft and design the remaining pages.
    The designer will design the remaining pages according to the style of the first draft confirmed by the customer.
    (If you need to revise the style, you need to submit it when confirming the first draft in step 2)
  • 4. HKDP completes the design of all pages. Customers can check all the pages. If necessary, they can mark the number on the picture, and then describe the content of the modification corresponding to the number.
    Modification time limit: 1-3 days (depending on the number of internal customers and the number of modifications)

Service Statement

  • Once the design order is confirmed, the company will provide a first design draft (except Logo) for customers to choose, and the customer can only choose one design draft to continue to modify. All other design drafts that are not selected will be considered abandoned. If the same product requires more than one design and production file, the derivative charges will be based on the service scope agreed by the company and the customer and the quotation determined by the requirements. For details, please contact our customer service staff.
  • If the content provided by the customer and requested to be placed in the design involves/or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecent, obscene, infringement of any third party rights, currency and banknotes Or other printed content that violates the current laws of Hong Kong, etc., the company will reserve the right to refuse to design or produce.
  • If the customer fails to provide all the required design information on the day of placing the order, even if the customer has submitted the payment record before the closing date of the order (that is, before 4:00 pm), the company will not start the design service until the customer provides all the design requirements. material.
  • If the plan includes unlimited revisions, it needs to be done within the specified period. The calculation will start after the first draft of the specified period. Each revision will take 1-3 days depending on the amount of revision.
  • If the design progress is not affected by the responsibility of the company, the design deadline shall be delayed accordingly. In the case of design delay, the company does not need to assume any responsibility.
  • If the customer needs printing service, the company needs to pay the printing fee before arranging the printing. If there is any payment problem, it can be arranged according to the situation.
  • If the customer requests more revisions than planned, the company will notify the customer before the excess, and the revision fee is $180/time.
  • If the customer needs printing services, the company provides agency services, and the company does not assume any responsibility that has nothing to do with the company.

Design terms and conditions

  1. The first draft (design) submission time is 4 days after the customer pays the full amount or stamps and signs the quotation, and submits the design information.
  2. Unlimited modifications (design projects) refer to modifications within a limited period of time. The calculation starts after the first draft is sent. It usually takes 1-3 days, depending on the amount of modifications.
  3. If there are special customization requirements for design projects, such as customizing logos, illustrations, drawing maps, etc. Additional design requirements must be made before confirming the quotation, and the quotation shall be determined based on the service scope and requirements agreed by the company and the customer. For details, please contact our company's customer service staff.
  4. Modifications to the design must be carried out through an efficient process for both the customer and the company.
  5. If the company provides more than two preliminary design drafts, the customer can only choose one preliminary draft for further modification. Other drafts that are not selected will be discarded.
  6. If the same project requires more than one design and production file, the resulting charges will be based on the quotation determined by the service scope and requirements agreed by the company and the customer. For details, please contact our company's customer service staff.
  7. For design requirements not listed in the design quotation, the company may charge additional fees to the customer.
  8. The client must ensure that all content provided and requested to be included in the design does not contain any text, images, designs, trademarks, or any works protected by copyright regulations that are not authorized by the copyright holder. The customer guarantees that all information provided will not infringe any rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark rights, and privacy rights, and will not constitute defamation to any third party.
  9. If the content provided by the customer and requested to be placed in the design involves/or may involve defamation, invasion of privacy, counterfeiting, plagiarism, reproduction, infringement of intellectual property rights, indecent, obscene, infringement of any third party rights, currency and banknotes Or other printed content that violates the current laws of Hong Kong, etc., the company will reserve the right to refuse to design or produce.
  10. Please keep the design manuscripts by yourself. After the order is completed, the design manuscripts will only be stored for 3 months. The company reserves the right to delete the manuscripts at any time.

 

Printing Terms and Conditions

  1. The printed manuscript provided by the customer must comply with the CMYK mode. If it does not comply with the specified color mode, the company may or may not convert it to CMYK mode on behalf of the customer without further notice. The customer must bear the risk of color differences.
  2. The resolution of all images provided by the customer must match the required resolution for the size at which they will be printed. If the resolution provided by the customer is insufficient, the company will not be responsible for the image effects of the printed matter.
  3. The color of the final print will be affected by materials, paper, pigments, printing machines, etc., so the color of the final print will not match the company's confirmation file. Therefore, please do not rely on the screen or printed paper manuscript. Our company will not be responsible for any disputes regarding color differences.
  4. All the printed materials produced by our company have color differences to some extent. In the case of reasonable color difference, customers cannot use this as a reason to ask the company to reprint, provide discounts or refunds.
  5. All printed materials have bleed size and finished size. If the file provided is larger or smaller than the set size, you will be responsible for it.
  6. All processing should be kept away from the edge of the printed product to avoid the heavy pressure during cutting resulting in defective products.
  7. If proofing is required, advance notice must be given and the order must be confirmed; additional proofing fees may be charged.
  8. The manuscripts provided by the customer are only used for order production. When the order production is completed, the company reserves the right to delete the manuscripts at any time.
  9. Generally, printing will have a color difference of plus or minus 10-15%. If the color of the printed product does not exceed the above standards, returns, refunds, and reprints are not allowed. It is normal for some prints to have color differences.
  10. If you require special edition or spot color printing, please notify us in advance. Our company will indicate it on the quotation, and an additional printing fee will be required. If there is no special indication, it will be general printing.
  11. All printed matter will suffer loss. If the printing loss is between 5-10%, it shall not be used as a reason for deduction or return.

 

General terms and conditions

 

  1. If the schedule is affected by customer demand or various reasons, the deadline will be delayed accordingly.
  2. The project must be completed and payment completed within 6 months after order confirmation at the latest.
  3. If an ongoing project is canceled, the company will charge fees based on the progress. The company will not refund any money paid for other additional services (such as photography, photo gallery, writing services, etc.).
  4. The company is not responsible for any financial losses caused by customers due to chargebacks.
  5. When customers receive the goods, please check the quantity and quality of the goods on the spot. If the customer subsequently exceeds7thIf it reflects insufficient quantity or quality of the goods, these complaints will not be accepted by our company.
  6. If there is any return request, our company will only accept reprinting or refund the relevant payment. The company will not be responsible for any other financial losses caused by customers due to returns.
  7. The company will do its best to deliver the goods on the specified date. The delivery date may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as weather, policies, epidemics, etc. The company will do its best to assist customers in making adaptable arrangements. If the delivery time is delayed and your customer suffers losses, our company may not bear any responsibility.
  8. The Company is not responsible if the goods cannot be delivered or are delayed, which is not the Company's intention.
  9. Except for the first two days of the Lunar New Year and when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in effect, we only deliver to specific areas in Hong Kong from Monday to Sunday. We currently do not deliver goods to remote areas and outlying islands, or to buildings without lifts.
  10. We do our best to provide customers with satisfactory design and printing services.
  11. The company reserves the right of final decision.

 

Payment Term

Stamp/stamped signature to confirm the item. All fees must be paid within one month after completing the design or within three months after signing the quotation (whichever is closer).

Private enterprise: Confirm the project and pay the 50% deposit or the full amount (depending on the project, some projects are not applicable)

Schools/institutions/large enterprises: All fees must be paid within one month after completing service projects/collecting printed materials.

If your organization has a fixed payment term requirement, our company will handle it flexibly depending on the situation.
