The importance of resolution settings
In order to speed up file upload without affecting printing quality, it is recommended to set the resolution of embedded image files to 300dpi or 350dpi. Choosing a file resolution that is too high will not only not improve the quality of the printed matter, but will unnecessarily increase the file size, resulting in a waste of archiving and uploading time.
Software operation guide
Adjust image resolution in CorelDraw:
- View image information: After selecting an image, you can view the image's detailed information from the lower right corner of the window.
- Rasterize: For images with too high resolution, rasterization is a recommended approach.
- Operation steps: First select the image file you want to bitmap, then select "Bitmap" in the toolbar, and then select "Convert to Bitmap". In the "Convert to Bitmap" dialog box, set the color to CMYK 32-bit, adjust the resolution to 350dpi, and check the anti-aliasing compensation and transparent background options.

Final Manuscript Preparation Guide
- When finishing the manuscript, please set the printed content on the same page. If the printed content is double-sided, please open a larger page and place the front side on the left and the back side on the right.
- When archiving and publishing, please set the resolution of all image files to 300dpi and the color mode to CMYK.
- The minimum width of the outer frame line must be set to 0.25PT (0.2mm), otherwise it cannot be printed.
- The finished file must include bleed dimensions. Please prepare and publish the files yourself. Our company does not provide editing services.
- Please archive different printed copies separately. The front and back sides can be placed on the same page, and please attach detailed explanatory text.
- If you use Adobe Illustrator when completing the manuscript, please convert the bitmaps, filters, special effects (halos, shadows, etc.), masks, and transparency you created into bitmaps to avoid differences caused by different versions. Printing errors.
- When completing the manuscript, please do not use a color mode other than CMYK for color filling. Do not check the overprinting box for the color filling attribute. Otherwise, there will be problems with the color of the printed product.
Checklist and submission preparation
- Before publishing, please make sure that all text is framed, inserted images must be embedded, and all layers in the document must be merged (flattened).
- The image file is in CMYK format, and the software and version used are indicated.
- For on-site printing customers, please attach the printed color draft of the manuscript. For file transfer customers, please attach the jpg image of the file transfer, so that the staff can check the file location. Due to the working environment, each computer screen and printing color are different, so we cannot Contains proofing colors.
- Once the file is printed, if you want to cancel the printing, please fax the cancellation form before the deadline (6pm) on the day of publication and call for confirmation. If you miss this cancellation process and cause misprinting, the customer will be responsible for the losses. .
- Please specify the file version in the file so that our company can use the same software to process it and avoid errors caused by different versions.
- If the file does not meet the basic requirements and insists on printing despite being informed by the staff, we will not be responsible for the printing.
- Customers issue CDs and files. Please take back your own backups after use. Due to the large number of files, they will be recycled and disposed of within one week of publication. Due to the large number of files, our company does not bear the responsibility for keeping backups.
